Osoby zatwierdzające nieobecności w sekcji Ustawienia → Osoby → Osoby zatwierdzające nieobecności decydują o tym, kto zatwierdza wnioski o nieobecność każdej osoby.

Osoba zatwierdzająca jest ustalana w tej kolejności:

  1. Wprost wskazana osoba — przypisana bezpośrednio; ma pierwszeństwo przed wszystkim innym.
  2. Przełożony — pole „podlega pod" w profilu osoby.
  3. Kierownik działu — kierownik działu osoby, jeśli jest ustawiony.
  4. Rozwiązanie zapasowe — dowolny użytkownik z rolą menedżera nieobecności, gdy nic innego nie pasuje.

Użyj Przypisz osoby zatwierdzające, aby zastąpić regułę automatyczną dla pojedynczego członka zespołu.
